The Right Thing To Do

I don't remember the exact day, or even what was the first organic item I bought. I do remember avoiding organics for a bit because of the high price of organic products. It was a very slow and gradual process. Once I began eating organic food, the price did not bother me at all. In fact, I am happy to pay a little more because the reward is so great...the reward of better tasting food. An added bonus is knowing that, environmentally, it is the right thing to do. I grow some of my own food, shop at Farmer's Markets, but purchase mostly at my local supermarket. I am so grateful that all this wonderful food is available to me!
